We don’t leave quality to chance; clearly defined objectives require clearly defined, reliable procedures. Our sustainable approach to quality is based on HACCP, quality guarantee and certification. 

Client satisfaction takes top priority in everything we do and it’s not magic that we use to achieve it. It‘s our integrated management system, audited and certified by TÜV, which combines quality management (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001) and health and safety management (OHSAS 18001).

Putting quality to the test.

At Dussmann Service, the integrated management system (IMS) is made up of quality, environment and health and safety. The main task of the internal IMS department is the determination of quality policy and quality objectives and planning of quality assurance and improvement. Quality management oversees a process of development, adjustment and improvements on the basis of norms, legislation, guidelines and regulations.

The assurance of quality standards in a service like catering has a number of dimensions:

Certifications in several areas which influence quality are a reliable and unbiased form of quality assurance. Standardized processes, procedures and methodology are examined closely. External and internal audits monitor the compliance of Dussmann Service with certification requirements and often trigger adjustment and improvement.
