Regeneration trolleys are used for regeneration of foods following cook & chill in hospitals and seniors' homes. Foods are portioned onto trays and put in the regeneration trolley. There, food is heated through convection or induction technology.
When food is prepared externally and regenerated in this way, space for meal preparation is minimal.
