RAL quality certification

RAL quality certification is awarded by the Deutsches Institut für Gütesicherung und Kennzeichnung e.V. (German Institute for Quality Assurance and Certification). It certifies services and products which conform to high quality criteria. 

RAL quality associations award approval to display the mark to companies who fulfill the criteria and monitor them. 

In catering, it is possible to achieve 3 types of certification for diet and standard nutrition: 

  • competence in food production and service 
  • foods for diabetics/ obesity
  • natural fresh food production 

On request, Dussmann Service obtains RAL quality certification for individual sites.
