CIP continuous improvement process

The continuous improvement process is a component of quality assurance. It is an ongoing process to improve the quality of products, processes and services in all areas of operations. Optimization is achieved through many small adjustments and is the responsibility of every member of staff. It requires constant analysis of processes and input of new solutions which are developed into new concepts. 

The objective is to increase quality, productivity, job and client satisfaction and operative efficiency.
