There are 14 allergens listed by the EU Labeling Directive. It prescribes that all diners must be informed about the allergens contained in any foods sold. This obligation also applies to contract caterers who provide meals in staff restaurants, schools, care homes for the elderly and hospitals.
In Dussmann Service restaurants, diners are provided with informatoin on meal plans displayed, on online meal plans and on information flyers in the restaurant.
